Mine had the top tube welded off center from the headset tube along with other flaws. Some dents through out, no mount point for caliper brakes and no seal on the gas cap so that gas just pours out of the top of the tank, even with the cap on. I had to go buy an 0-ring to seal it.I asked them to send me a replacement over the defects and a return authorization on the one they sent, but the seller refused to take care of the issue to my satisfaction. They wanted me to ship the one they sent first and Wait for them to send another one, but given that it took weeks to get the one I had already received, I wasn't willing to wait that long, so I ended up settling for a $25 credit and dealing with it.The ONLY reason I'm giving the 2 stars instead of 1 is that they gave me a free upgrade from the one the smaller frame to the larger one because they were out of the smaller ones. Up till I had the above mentioned issues with them, I was gun ho for giving this seller a 5.0 rating... but not now.
