Very attractive set that is perfect for formal or semi-formal functions. Pair with silk pants or long skirt to suit the occasion.This was a lovely set. It was comfortable and fit well. I wore it to a wedding and got complements. The only negative, and it was a major one is the "sparkly bling" on the pieces. It came off on everything--my coat, the car and everywhere I sat.It has silver sparkles and I should have known that the sparkles do shed to some degree. I will wear it for a special occasion/dinner.When I looked in the mirror with it on, I could see my bulging and saggy arms right through the material. I think it needs lining in the jacket so your body imperfections aren't seen under a bright light.I found this in Macys but they only had a 2x. I needed a 1x and the 2x was obviously too big when I tried it on. Found it online, alittle different than in the store. In the store the tank is attached to the jacket so its all one piece so the tank is just the front. It also buttons loosely at the neck and alittle further down. This one is right at the top of the neck and pretty tight. The one in the store doesn't show any skin on your chest is buttoned, this one does show a triangle of cleavage. I actually think a 2x in this one would have been better. Would be smaller than the 2x in Macys. Also, the sequins/glitter on the one in Macys do not shed, this one does. About the same price as at Macys.I ordered this for my Mom to wear to a wedding. Good thing we ordered well ahead of time so we could buy something else. The amount of glitter on this twinset is way over the top and is now all over our home just from her quickly trying it on and immediately putting it back on the hanger. It’s a shame because it’s a sharp looking twinset and fit her beautifully too. The soft mint green gave it just the right amount of subtle color and the fabric quality (minus the glitter) is superior. However, the amount of glitter that would be all over her black pants, purse, other people, etc., would be astounding based on the literal 2 minutes she had it on. The amount of shedded glitter was unreal and was in our laundry room - she was nowhere near that room, but that’s how much glitter remained on her after she removed it. The company would be far better off using metallic thread to give it the glistening effect. We had hoped to find a similar set by the company based on the quality factor, but nearly everything seems to have glitter.If you want to have a high end elementary school art teacher look then this is the twinset for you. If you enjoy endless vacuuming and using tape-style lint brushes all over your homenthis is also a great choice. But if you don’t want to be self-conscious about all of the glitter you shed with every move then I’d suggest a different outfit. Again, it’s a shame and I hate to give a 1 star review to an otherwise lovely outfit, but if I wasn’t honest about it I wouldn’t be providing an honest review.This jacket looks absolutely beautiful, put three days after wearing it I still have glitter on my body, not to mention all over my house. When I wore it, there was glitter all over the dance floor, all over everyone I danced with, and all over my car. I really like it, but I can’t see myself wearing it again unless I can find a way to get rid of the shedding. Very disappointed I spent so much money on an item I will never wear again?Love the fit, love the look. In the evening reception, the colors sort of danced in the dimmer light. Good value for the money!
