I did swap and use the original fuel cap that the other reviews said.Perfect fit to replace the leaking tank in my 2008 Husqvarna Lawn Tractor. The shape of the top is somewhat different from the original, but it fit fine anyway. It came with a cap, but it didn't look vented, so I used the old vented cap; another reviewer mentioned that as well. Two bolts and the gas line clamp and it dropped right in. I was pleased to find an OEM replacement tank at a reasonable price.My tank got a leak in it and I had to replace it, but researching the part I couldn't find anything. Turns out Husky replaced it with this part which fits perfectly and now I have no more leak!!Original tank was leaking at the seams. This tank seems to be a thicker material. Tank is only 3 weeks old, so we'll see the outcome.
